It’s our pleasure to invite you to the first annual Austin Crawfish Festival. Join us for fun, cajun style seafood, craft beer (21+), live music and interactive games. Attendees can loosen up and hang out every day from 11am till 10 pm within the carefree parking lot of Barton Creek Square Mall, while enjoying the mouthwatering scents and flavors of over 8,000 pounds of hot boiled crawfish, and shrimp prepared on-site by staff. Along with some of Austin's finest local Musicians. Save the date and don't you dare be late! Friday, March 8th-9th 2019.

What can I bring into the event?
A good appetite, spirit and attitude! This event has everything else you should need. BRING LAWN/FEST CHAIRS! There is plenty of seating in/around the stage and food areas.

No food will be allowed in

Are there CARNIVAL RIDES as in a Ferris Wheel, Kamikaze, or Twisty Spinny Thingy?
No, unfortunately due to city limitations we will not have a Ferris wheel or anything of the sort. We will have several different craft beers + hookah and live music from Texas' latest upcoming artists! For the kids we will have: games and more however!
Will there be other food and drink available?
Yes, the festival will have crawfish sold by the pound, shrimp plates, po boys, beignets, jambalaya, gumbo, water, sodas, as well as other non-alcoholic and alcoholic for purchase.
Where can I park?
Parking is available at the Barton Creek Mall Lot about 20 ft across the street. There is ample parking.
I already bought a ticket for my kid but I realized kids 12 & under are free, do I get a refund?
No, there will be no refunds.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The festival is open to all ages so a valid ID is required to in order to receive a 21+ wrist band allowing alcohol to be purchased and consumed. KIDS 12 AND UNDER GET IN FREE
What are my transportation for getting to and from the event? Parking options?
SXSW is a very busy time of year in Austin, Texas. We highly recommend utilizing the rideshare apps or cabs when possible. There is plenty parking in and around Barton Creek Square mall where the event is thrown if you do choose to arrive by vehicle. Biking is always an option as we are centrally located and we will have bike parking for any guests who choose to arrive on two wheels.

What's the refund policy?
This is a rain or shine event. There will be no refunds provided. Venue subject to change.
Can my restaurant or beverage company participate?
We are aiming for a set number of food vendor participants so please let us know your interest ASAP and we will get back to you. Please fill out the Vendor Application on www.AustinCrawfishFest.com and a ACF Representative will follow up with you with in 48 hours. All vendors must be signed up and paid up by February 25th, 2019.
